  • What cleaning products do you use?

    We use eco-friendly, non-toxic Green Llama products, ensuring a safe and sustainable clean for your home or office. Our products are effective, environmentally responsible, and safe for children and pets.

  • Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

    No, we bring everything needed for the job, including high-quality cleaning products and professional-grade equipment.

  • How long does a typical cleaning take?

    Cleaning times vary based on the size and condition of the space. On average:

        •    The Clean Sweep: 2-4 hours

        •    The Pristine: 4-6 hours

        •    The Fresh Start: Dependant on requirements

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit/debit cards, digital payments, and cash. Payments must be made on the day of service unless a pre existing contract or agreement has been made.

    Tips are not included in the price of the service. If you are satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, tips are always appreciated, but never expected.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No, as long as we have access to your home or office, you don’t need to be present. Just let us know how we can enter (e.g., key, code, or someone letting us in).
